No, we work mainly in Caulfield but will work with any vendor to help them achieve the best result for the sale of the property.

Is Private Sale better than Auction?

With a private sale you only need one buyer who loves the property and you can get an outstanding result. with an auction you need to buyers to bid against eachother to get this result. In this current market a well run private Sale campaign in Caulfield will probably result in a better overall result for the Vendor. Estate Agents may prefer the Auction as they make more money , but its not always better for the vendor.

How long will it take to sell my home in Caulfield North?

Last week we were called in to a property in Caulfield North. We arranged for 4 hot Buyers to view the property the following week and the property was sold within 10 days of us first seeing the home. Obviously there are no rules but we will expose the property to the right buyers and get you a great result in a short space of time.
